Norway Information

Effective from 1 February 2025

As a result of the continuously increasing demand for GA/BA slots, a dedicated international format for slot applications for this traffic segment has been developed: GCR (General Aviation Clearance Request). This means that applications will be processed on equal terms with other segments of air traffic in connection with the coordination of airport capacity, in order to ensure quality and efficiency in communication.

NB! From 1 February 2025, AIS NOTAM will no longer be available for services related to slot applications. For slot applications to OSL, the following alternative solutions will be mandatory:

  1. Operators are requested to apply for slots by sending a GCR to
    scr.no@airportcoordination.com.

(To apply for General and Business Aviation GA/BA. and Military flights please press the submenu or Here)

  1. If desired, the form available via the link below may be used:
    https://diyssim.com
  2. For operators with regular operations or a larger number of flights, it may be beneficial to obtain their own user access to the coordination portal, the Online Coordination System (OCS).

Information on how to obtain user access to OCS:

 https://www.online-coordination.com/

The coordination system processes the application and automatically approves it immediately if airport capacity is available. If the system rejects the application, the slot coordinator will handle the case manually and provide feedback to the applicant no later than the next working day.

The providers of ground handling services for GA/BA at Oslo Airport offer assistance with slot applications.

The slot coordinator can be contacted for questions within office hours at:
Email: acn@airportcoordination.no
Telephone: +47 648 19 050
